Kıbrıs Köftesi 3 – Yemek Öğren tarifi
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of ground meat
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 handful of bread crumbs or grated bread
- 1 egg
- Salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika
- Parsley (optional)
For frying:
Preparation:
- Place the ground meat in a mixing bowl.
- Grate the potatoes and onion in a separate container. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the grated potatoes and onion using your hands, then add them to the meat.
- Add the spices (salt, pepper, cumin, paprika), the egg, and finely chopped parsley if you like. If you prefer using grated bread instead, add it now.
- Knead all the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a uniform mixture.
- Take portions of the mixture and shape them into meatballs using your palms or hands. You can form them into round or flattened shapes as desired.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until it is hot. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil on all sides until they are evenly browned.
- Once fried, transfer the meatballs onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Your meatballs are now ready to serve. Enjoy them with rice, salad, or yogurt. Bon appétit.
