The preparations for winter have begun at a relaxed pace! This amazing sauce isn’t only for winter—it’s a versatile delight perfect for pizza, frying, cooking, and even breakfast! A definite must-try; I’ve tested it and it gets my seal of approval.

- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and remove their stems. Cut them into four pieces and add them to a pot.
- When the tomatoes start boiling and slowly soften, blend them into a smooth puree.
- Simmer the tomato puree on the stove for around 50 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and fill hot, sterilized glass jars immediately. Seal the jars tightly with their lids.
- Invert the jars (as shown in the picture) and let them sit for one day. Afterwards, store them in a cool place or in the refrigerator.

Note: Ensure the jar lids are completely dry and wipe the mouths of the jars before sealing. This recipe was prepared in a large pressure cooker and included 4 tablespoons of salt.
