MUSAKKA RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggplants
  • 400 gr minced meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 green peppers
  • Vegetable oil
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • Grated kaşar cheese

MUSAKKA RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a wide pan and add the finely chopped onion.
  2. Once the onions begin to soften and turn slightly pink, include the finely chopped green peppers.
  3. Add the grated tomato along with the minced garlic to the pan.
